A Little Breakdown on My Healing Process.
I guess to better mentally prepare myself and gain inner perspective, I have deduced and quantified the healing process. Here is how I see it; 25% is in the hand of Dr. Chen and the chemo treatments, 25% is in the naturalpath care provided by Dr. Sodhi, Dr. Gignac and the Hoxsey Tonic, sprinkle in Marty, Viv, and Darin the acupunturist, 50% is me. Yes, half of my healing process comes from the guidance of the experts, the other half is my ability to follow what they say, educate myself, do the hardwork keeping my body, mind and spirit healthy, and believing. This is all encased in the support of my family and friends, the people who believe I can do this and believe in miracles. Through my whole life, I have always felt it was my role to give to other people, part of my healing process is now allowing others to give back to me and accept it with an open heart. I haven't been fully comfortable with this, but I am improving. These are the changes that one has to go through when healing.
